- Step One: Find a flat object like a notebook. This is the easiest object I find to spin.
GOT IT? GOOD - Step Two: place that notebook on your dominat hand, on either your middle or index finger. Make sure that is is centered.
DID IT? GOOD - Step Three: now spin it usng your other hand. Practice finding the balance point while using your other hand to spin it.
DID IT? GOOD - Step Four: now try it using one hand. Make small concentric circles with your one finger.
Now you have done it. It may take a long time to learn but if you keep with it it will work.
