If I don't wake up and let out a yell/scream than it's more difficult for me to get up out of bed.

The yelling awakens your body and allows energy to flow.

Yes! when I clicked on the title, I thought he is going to say something about coffee! but NO! YELLING! YES! that is so great! although i think there should be a pic of you in pajamas with little pink fluffy bunnies on them and you screaming at the camera!!!! Reply...
