Ingredients:
-24 Brauts cooked or uncooked.

-1 Onion of medium size
-1/2 Garlic
-1/4 Cup Peppercorns
-Chili Flakes , amount depends on desired spiciness(Optional)
Prep:
-Undo brauts into large soup pot, be sure that the brats only fill up 1/2 the pot.
-Cut up a whole onion into large chunks.
-Smash 1/2 Garlic leaving cloves whole but smashed.
-Throw all of the above ingedients in with the Brats
-Fill with 5-6 Cans or Bottles of beer untill all the brauts are submerged.
-Stir gently to mix ingredients.
-Let sit in fridge about 10 hours. (The amount can varry, but atleast 10 hours works best)
Cooking:
-Put on stove and bring to a boil, turn off stove and put brats aside.
-Grill on medium to high heat turning brauts when grill marks appear. (Careful they burn fast!)
-Baste the brats with the beer left in the pot with each turn.

That sounds good, definitely trying this the next time I grill out. What are your thoughts on boiling the brats before soaking them? Reply...
