The following represents one of my favorite recipes, especially as summer approaches. I incorporated several parts of this recipe from my good friend and former roommate Cliff (also known as "Uncle Cliff" or "The Menace")
- 3 lbs premium ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 6-8 Saltines
- 1 tbs Horseradish
- 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
- Red cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Worcester sauce
- 4 tbs of barbecue sauce (optional)
Serves 6-7 people
