Video Tutorial

This does not test how loud you can hear. It only tests your frequency range. Sometimes speakers and headphones have a frequency cutoff. Be sure to compare with friends or family or use different speakers / headsets. It's really funny when you can hear a sound really loud when someone else can't.

so. this is kind of strange. i can everything up to and including 18,000 Hz, not 19,000, not 20,000, but somehow i can hear 21,000 very clearly. it has a lower hum than the others. Am I part canine??? Reply...

17000, and my ears are dying. I think my speakers maxed though, because 17000 is nice and clear Reply...

The bad news... I could only hear 12k and I'm 57. The good news.... I saw Led Zeppelin, The Who, Allman Brothers, Cream all back when music was played in theatres not ballparks. This meant you could get dangerously close. It's only rock 'n roll but I like it. Reply...
