Using a free upload and store service, like http://www.yousendit.com/ is a better choice than compressing files. See also my article on sending large files uding Outlook Express Reply...

I mentioned yousendit in the video... it's limited to 100mb thougj. outlook express is trash, use mozilla thunderbird. Reply...
