Ladies,
One of the
most popular questions on GirlsAskGuys.com is, “Does he like me?” Guys can
exhibit strange behaviors and throw confusing signs our way so I decided to decode
the signals and expose the truth once and for all!
Thousands of
men give their honest opinions in the GirlsAskGuys question, answer and advice
portal. You can trust that the tips I’ve compiled here are collected from THE
definitive source – real-world guys. So here goes…
Top
10 Signs He’s Interested in You
Decoding Men’s Mixed Signals
1. Body Language
He
leans toward you, lightly touches your arm or back, mimics movements you make
and possibly puts his arm around your shoulders.
DECODED: He is expressing his interest by
flirting through body language.
2. The Eyes Have It
You
catch him staring at you on occasion and his eye contact lingers longer than
normal when he talks to you.
DECODED: He is charmed by your personality
and, simply put, likes looking at you.
3. Wherever You Go, He Is Often Around You
When
you walk down the hall, you see him standing around. When you go for coffee in
the cafeteria, he just happened to be grabbing a snack.
DECODED: He is finding reasons and ways to be
close to you, even if “close” means watching you from across the room. As
Genesis5 says in his article, Signs He
Likes You, Signs He Doesn’t, “It doesn't matter what he is, or is not
doing, the important thing is that he is (or isn't) doing it around you."
4. Extra Attention
He ignores other people, especially women, when you are around.
DECODED: He enjoys your presence and wants to
learn more about you.
5. Talking and Texting
He calls you nearly every day, talks to you for nearly (or more than) an hour
or he texts you at night.
DECODED: He is thinking about you,
wants to hear your voice and possibly misses you.
6. Green with Envy
He
asks about the guys in your life, frowns or scowls when you speak of other men.
DECODED: He is jealous and gets angry
picturing you spending time with another man.
7. Drops Everything
If
you have a question about school or work, he tries to answer and if you need
help, he drops everything to provide assistance.
DECODED: He is expressing his feelings by
showing you that he cares and is ready and willing to help.
8. Conversations and Comments
He
starts or prolongs conversations by asking goofy questions or making seemingly
dumb comments.
DECODED: He is saying whatever comes in his
head to keep talking to you.
9. Nervous or Shy
He
fidgets, stammers, stutters, blushes or shows other signs of being nervous.
DECODED: Your close proximity gets his blood
pumping and he’s not sure what to do or say because he is afraid he will make a
fool of himself.
And last
but certainly not least…
10. He asks you out on a date
This
one is self-explanatory! If he asks you for a date it means he would like to go
on a date with you.

Hi great stuff. Theres one thing you will be interested in hearing. Its called boy flirting. Women flirt in one way and men often flirt in a similar way. However there is boy flirting which happens often and women takeit the wrong way. It originates from when we (men) where little boys and used to throw erasers, paper, etc at girls we liked. we'd poke them (not too hard) and other general silly things. Now it often continues into adulthood and men flirt by lightly teasing, or doing any of the above things. Anything that will get a little attention. Remember that ladies - boy flirting - its different from girl flirting :) Reply...

These are all valid signs Jen..
I think some people that commented are under the impression that all 10 things will occur at the same time or that it will happen exactly as written above.
We know that they are just possible examples of what could happen.
They're great reminders for all of us. Who knows, it could help turn a shy guy into a confident one when he realizes it's human nature to be afraid sometimes.
Thanks for posting things like this. Reply...
