Place&lt;BR&gt;1/2 of the cabbage in a bowl. Place onion&lt;BR&gt;slices on top, then top with remaining cabbage.&lt;BR&gt;Set aside.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Combine celery seeds, 1 tsp sugar, mustard,&lt;BR&gt;salt and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to&lt;BR&gt;rolling boil. Add oil, stirring, and return&lt;BR&gt;to heat to boil. Slowly pour boiling dressing&lt;BR&gt;over cabbage and onion mixture. Do not stir.&lt;BR&gt;Cover and refrigerate at once. Chill for 24&lt;BR&gt;hours. Stir before serving.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
