When I saw this picture I thought to myself, what a brilliant, brilliant outfit. This dude knows exactly what is going on. First off, the early 90's is coming back into fashion, along with fanny packs. Remember those? Oh boy, I used to flaunt my neon fanny pack around Disney World when I was little. I think I still have it.
