ive seperated this tutorial into three phases (each phases being more severe than the nex*(
Phase one (abstenence) the best way to prevent a hangover is not even try to get drunk, if you KNOW youre going to get drunk at least take preventive measures
take chaser drink lots of water AVOID GETTING DRUNK
phase two (drunktard) uhhh ohhhhhh
youve just mixed tequlia and beer... BAD combination, not to mention a stupid one...
- throw up 3 times (force yourself if you have to... the more you expell the alcohol out of your system the better) - eat bread (contrary to popular belief, bread does not asorb the alchy.. whoever thinks that is an idiot... our stomach is full o acids that break bread down... how can it asorb the alchy? but what bread does is fill you up so you do have nurishment and energy to rebuild your sore and dehydrated body) it is a definite plus - drink water (hydrate yourself.. .DUHHH*) img src="http://www.mydr.com.au/content/images/categories/alcohol/hangover.gif"/> phase three (detox) dude... you just dont get it do you? after getting tanked and
-shower (technically it doesnt help, but youll feel a whole lot better than smelling like crap) - bloody mary (best remedy for a hangover... youll feel fine in no time) - LOTS of water/breakfast*) asorb the nutrients and expel the toxins - the gym (contrary to popular belief the gym is a GOOD thing to go to rather than rest up... run a couple min on the treadmill and dont overwork yourself with weights. the idea is to sweat and rebuild all the crap out of your system so your body flushes everything asap)
