Ah, it's happened again. The morning after. You drank too much, or you drank unwisely. Now you're going to have to navigate a hangover.
But all is not lost! While it would have been smarter to PREVENT this, you can still lessen the pain.
Getting through your hangover
1)HAVE A NICE FATTY BREAKFAST There's a reason that Sunday morning brunch spots are full of wincing hipsters. They know what's up. Pull yourself off the floor. Go to the nearest hole in the wall brunchy place. Get something really rich, like sausage and buttery biscuits, pumpkin pancakes, eggs, cheese (yum!)... Feed your tummy, and feed your soul. You deserve it.
2) Drink water. Drink even if you don't want to. Drink drink drink! Lots of the pain from a hangover is from dehydration, so drinking will check that.
3)Put some decent clothes on. Might not help physically but being attractive might make you feel a little better.
4)Go for a walk.
5)Take some B12, and some Ibuprofen.
6) Hang out with friends and whine about having a hangover. Spread the pain around. Having other people around while you feel bad may distract you.
7)Watch a movie. This will pass a few hours.
8) Be really really happy when you finally come out of it.
And be more careful next time!
