The key to blowing a good smoke ring is in the control of the throat.

A smoke ring begins at the back of the throat as if you are closing your throat by only using the back of your tongue while your mouth is open.

***Make sure there is no cross breeze or draft in the room or else the O's will not form or last.

1. Inhale smoke (I frequently smoke hookah...see "hooka" but cigarretes will produce similar results but is not recommended)

2. Hold smoke in while letting out a minimal amount to be used for the O's by opening the throat just a little bit

3. Keep mouth open while letting smoke pass through the back of the mouth through controlling the back of the tongue

4. Minimally push smoke out through the back of the throat, almost like using your tongue as a shovel, shoveling smoke out through the mouth while keeping your lips semi-rigid.

5. O's result.

6. Practice Practice Practice. Makes Perfect.

7. HAVE FUN!!
