I was walking through a local market in Hanoi, Vietnam, when I saw this on a table. "That woof woof?" I asked surprised to the woman at the counter. She nodded and against all my cultural formation screaming "don't do it!" I went in, sat down and ordered a plate. Chewy, stale and with a taste I had never tasted before. I would definitivelyeat it again.
