      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;One of my &lt;a target="_self" mce_href="http://www.friendship.com.au/" href="http://www.friendship.com.au/"&gt;friends&lt;/a&gt; was afraid that he had a panic attack.i aksed him to refer to a doctor and he came out clean.However I had made a research for him&amp;nbsp; on the net and found some interesting facts.i thought why my research should go wasted and decided to post the information on this blog instead.&lt;br&gt;Basically panic attacks are a state of the mind where a person gets confused and tries to RUN AWAY FROM THE SITUATION.To combat such a situation one should try certain relaxation techniques which will release the tension.It will also be helpful in case an active panic attack.&lt;br&gt;Another thing to keep in mind is that the nature of attacks occur in a cycle.The patient is previously apprehensive which triggers an attack.This again increases the apprehension level and further intensifies the number of panic attacks.To break this cycle one has to decrease his apprehension level.The techniques are better explained in &lt;a target="_blank" mce_href="http://www.thereliableinfo.com/reviews/JoeBarryPanicAway.html" href="http://www.thereliableinfo.com/reviews/JoeBarryPanicAway.html"&gt;Joe Barry&lt;/a&gt; panic away book.I havent read this book yet, but have seen many good reviews it.Anyways i will end this discussion here and write more on this topic some other day.Till then have a happy panic free time!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
