About Me

Part computer addict, part music enthusiast, and part athlete, I get my thrills being physical: playing ultimate Frisbee, building computers, pole vaulting, and running around gathering my friends for a night out. I love to argue politics with those whom I don’t see eye to eye, but I communicate best with friends over pizza. I prefer working with a group because I believe the whole is greater than the sum of all parts, but I’m more than competent when let out on my own.
Emotionally, I’m a glass-half-full person. I appreciate what I have most when I see someone who is perfectly happy having less. I find spontaneous people fun and real characters fascinating. I enjoy the highs from doing a double back flip catch on a trapeze, but I’m never more comfortable than when I’m lying on the beach listening to Bloc Party on my mp3 player. I prefer summer to winter, but I’ll drop everything to go skiing.

My Philosophy

I think nice guys finish first, putting on a front doesn’t get anyone anywhere, and there’s nothing a person can’t achieve if they want it badly enough. I live by the golden rule, yet I give without waiting to receive. I’m a morning drone and a night owl.
