And if you'd like to know a little bit more about 'proper' Australian English, you should check out my 'Downunder Guide to English' on my profile - hope you get a laugh out of it. Reply...

Thanks for the favourite - I'm very impressed with your 'I know' - it's always sung so fast I can never tell the words! I do enjoy singing - although not well :) But when there's nothing on TV you'll often find my husband and I working on our computers with a huge range of music on (anything from the 40s to the noughties) and the two of us singing along! Hubby has a decent voice, but I my voice tends to send the poor beagle off into another room to sleep :P Reply...

Well, please don't be impressed since it's all the genius of Gilbert...or was it Sullivan? But I take it you're from England since you wrote "noughties" and "favourite." When I sing, beagles howl. Reply...

I know it's Gilbert and Sullivan - The Pirates of Penzance isn't it? I just meant that I was impressed with your knowledge of all the words! And no, I am actually Australian - we speak 'proper' English here too ;) Reply...

well, that certainly took a lot of energy. I'll go with the 'when your not reading sing', or possibly hum

Thanks! Maybe we can arrange a duet. I always wanted to try harmony with a rodent. Reply...

At first glance I thought it was John Belushi in the final scene of Animal House. Reply...

He was dressed as a pirate, too. Kindred spirit, that Belushi. Reply...

Hi, ousili. It's from Gilbert & Sullian's "The Pirates of Penzance." Terrific, isn't it? Reply...
