Welcome Richard! Having you share your insights into small claims court would be incredibly useful for not only the SpongeFish community, but people at large. An old landlord of mine many years ago did not refund my security deposit (I was not at fault - he also didn't have the $$) and I was thinking of taking him to court but didn't know what to do. A few lessons/tutorials on SpongeFish would be great. Reply...
