About Me
Hi, I'm Kori Ellis. I have been a freelance writer for the last eight years - primarily sports writing. I am a writer and reporter for WOAI.com and for the San Antonio section of About.com. I also write for various other publications, writing about everything from wedding planning to fantasy football.
My Philosophy
Laugh a lot, love a lot and treat people with respect. Don't worry about stuff you can't change. Don't worry about stuff you can change; just change it.

I didn't see the Cowboys - Giants game, but how much grief is Romo going to get? Is this just more of the Jessica Simpson curse? Reply...

They won't win the East but they should do well. It really depends on the development of Bargnani and how quickly Kapono can adapt. Reply...

Hi Jacqueline -
The Celtics (on paper) are the team to beat in the East this year. KG and Ray Allen will complement Paul Pierce nicely if everyone can keep their egos in check.
If anything, they will be very fun to watch.
The key to their season success may come down to Rondo's development at the point guard position. They should try to acquire another vet PG to help him along.

A fellow sports fan of the female variety! Before I met my husband I used to lament the fact that every date I found was a guy uninterested in sports. What do you think of the Celtics' team now? Any chance we'll get our heads outta our butts and be a force again? Reply...

You gotta be happy with that Spurs win last week! Cleveland didn't stand a chance (nor did any other team in the East)... Reply...

Yes, it's a great time to be a Spurs fan. I have lived here since 2002 and been a reporter/writer covering them since that time. So I'm kind of spoiled since they've had three titles in the last five years. The lean years will come back around again when Duncan retires. Reply...

What kind of shows Kori? Are these the sports podcasts? Reply...

Hey Michael. The podcasts are going to be closer to NFL season, but I'm going to try to do some stuff with the screen capture thing this week related to fantasy sports (whenever the tool is ready). Reply...

Check out my comment on your lesson about Weddings. Maybe I should do "Guide for the Newlywed Man"? Reply...
